If we have taken payment any such sums will be refunded as soon as possible.

Payments

Payment for goods and related delivery charges must always be made in advance and you will be prompted to pay during the order process. We accept the following methods of payment on our site: Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Paypal. When you order online, you are responsible for providing accurate billing information.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. Should we send you an incorrect order, we will send you a replacement or a full refund. In most cases, we will not ask you to return the item. From time to time, orders may be damaged in transit. Should you receive a damaged item, please contact us via email to customercontact@trufflewitch.com with details of your order and a photograph of the damage. We will then send you a replacement or issue a full refund.

Limitation of Warranty

The information, products and services offered on or through this website are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.

Disputes

Should any dispute arise that is related in any way to your visit to this website or to products or services you purchase from us, you agree that before taking any formal action, you will contact us via email to customercontact@trufflewitch.com, provide a brief, written description of the dispute and your contact information (including your username if your dispute relates to an account) and allow 30 days to pass, during which we will attempt to reach an amicable resolution of any issue.
